Obtaining Your SMTP2GO API Key

Introduction

To enable Gravity SMTP to send messages via your SMTP2GO account, you must provide the plugin with an SMTP2GO API key. This step must be completed before configuring the SMTP2GO Integration in Gravity SMTP. This article outlines the steps to generate a new API key from your SMTP2GO account.

Refer to the API Keys documentation from the official SMTP2GO website for more information and related articles.

Generating A New API Key

  1. Go to Sending > API Keys page in the SMTP2GO Dashboard.

  1. Copy and save this key, as it will connect the Gravity SMTP plugin to your SMTP2GO account.
A single key can be used across multiple websites. However, if you ever need to revoke keys site-by-site, you may prefer to create one key per site.

Once you have added and verified a sender, you can configure your SMTP2GO Integration settings within Gravity SMTP.
